Annual Art Scholarship Application Form

You didn’t come this far to stop dreaming! Terrebonne Fine Arts Guild is proud to support and inspire new artist. If you reside in Terrebonne Parish and are currently enrolled as a senior in high school with plans to attend college as art major or to pursue a minor in art, then you are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

Please note: This form is only one part of your application.

You must also submit several items by email tfag.gallery@gmail.com, including:

• 3 to 6 images of your own original artwork labeled with your name, title, size, and media

• A letter of recommendation

• An artist's statement including a brief bio, a description of where you are as an artist, and your goals
